- Visa applicants are required to be at the Consular Section, at the latest, 15 minutes before the stated closing time.
- The Consular Section is closed to the public on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The Consular Section is also closed on national holidays of the Republic of Angola and Japan.
- The national holidays of the Republic of Angola are: January 1st, February 4th, March 8th, April 4th, May 1st, September 17th, November 2nd, November 11th, December 25th
