Message From the Ambassador
Dear Visitor,
I welcome you all to the internet site of the Angola Embassy in Japan. For 12 years, the Angola Embassy has been located in a beautiful property, located in Daizawa, Setagaya-ku not far from Shibuya.
The relations between Angola and Japan are traditionally good and friendly. Since the establishment of peace in Angola in 2002, the trade relations have grown stronger and become more important between the two countries.
Japan is one of Angola’s most strategic interesting, taking in to account that Angola have an important reserves in Oil and Liquefied Natural Gas. Its subsoil has 35 out of the 45 minerals very important for Japaneses industry.
Although not having achieved the desired dimension between the two countries, the development of economic relations between Angola and Japan already denote some agreeable signals especially in terms of trade. The Japanese investments in Angola reach approximately 200 million dollars.
The task of this Embassy is to reinforce the relations between the two countries.
