The Ambassador of the Republic of Angola in Japan, Rui Orlando Xavier, accompanied by his wife Maria de Fátima Xavier, attended the Imperial Garden Party on May 11, 2023. They were joined by other members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Japan, as well as Minister Fumio Kishida and other government officials.
