LIBERIA PRAISES SOLIDARITY OF ANGOLA

The solidarity shown by Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, during the Ebola epidemic outbreak in Liberia and in other West African countries was highlighted, Tuesday in Luanda by the special envoy of the Liberian President, Ellen Johnson -Sirleaf.

Boima Fahmbulleh who was received in audience by President José Eduardo dos Santos, told the media that he took the opportunity to explain to the Angolan Head of State the progress achieved in the fight against the Ebola epidemic in the West region of Africa.

He added that he came to Angola to, on behalf of the president of his country, thank the Angolan leader for his support during that period.

Asked about the political instability in some African countries, Boima Fahmbulleh said that the matter was also discussed with President Jose Eduardo dos Santos. He highlighted the experience of Angola in solving its own internal conflict, which is an example to be followed to ensure peace in some African countries.
