H.E. Ambassador Rui Xavier, met Mr. Koji Yonetani, Director-General Africa Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting various issues were discussed, including the strengthening of relations between the two countries, in particular with regard to cooperation and investment by Japanese companies in the Angolan market.
