PORTUGUESE PRIME MINISTER ENDS VISIT

In this afternoon the Prime Minister of the Republic of Portugal, Luís Montenegro, he was at the Palácio da Cidade Alta for the farewell greetings,  concluding his three-day official visit to Angola.

Luís Montenegro and his delegation was greeted by the President of the Republic of Angola, João Lourenço and for other entities or the Angolan State. Military honors were also given to the Head of the Portuguese Government.

The Portuguese Prime Minister’s visit to Angola culminated in the signing of twelve cooperation agreements in different fields. Another notable note was Luís Montenegro’s announcement about the reinforcement of another 500 million Euros in the Portugal-Angola credit line, which thus increases from the current 2 billion to 2.5 billion Euros.
