EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF ANGOLA IN JAPAN
Tokyo (Japan), February 18, 2026 – A delegation from Tokyo Metropolitan Kokusai High School, composed of 23 students and two teachers, visited the facilities of the Embassy of Angola in Japan this Wednesday (02/18/26).
The visit is part of the cooperation between Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) and the Embassy of Angola, in the year that both countries celebrate 50 years of bilateral relations.
Representing Ambassador Teodolinda Rosa Rodrigues Coelho, Embassy Counselor Laureano Cabral welcomed the visitors, who received information about Angola in various fields.
This was followed by a moment of socialization, the presentation of gifts to the guests, and the traditional group photo.
Known for its rigorous entrance exam, Tokyo Metropolitan Kokusai High School is among Japan’s most highly rated secondary education institutions, frequently ranked among the top 10 public schools in Tokyo.
