The Embassy of Angola in Japan is hosting an exhibition of Angolan art and photography from March 17 to 25, 2026, reflecting the bilateral relations between the two countries.
The event will take place at the Setagaya City Hall, in the district where the Embassy of Angola is located in the Japanese capital, Tokyo.
The opening ceremony will begin at 9:00 AM and will feature remarks by the Ambassador of Angola to Japan, Teodolinda Rosa Rodrigues Coelho; the Mayor of Setagaya, Nobuto Hosaka; and the President of the Japan–Angola Friendship Association, Yumiko Akiyama.
On display for visitors will be artworks illustrating Angola’s culture, tourism, and development, as well as photographs depicting the most significant moments of the intense diplomatic activity that has solidified bilateral relations between the two countries.
