COURTESY VISIT BY THE NEW AMBASSADOR OF BOTSWANA

November 19, 2021H.E. Ambassador Rui Xavier received in audience the new Ambassador of Botswana in Japan, Mr. Gotsileene Mokare. It was a courtesy visit, where various topics were addressed, especially the bonds of friendship and fraternity between the two countries and the strengthening of cooperation within the SADC group in Tokyo.

Ambassador Rui Xavier, met Mr. Koji Yonetani, Director-General Africa Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting various issues were discussed, including the strengthening of relations between the two countries, in particular with regard to cooperation and investment by Japanese companies in the Angolan market.
