This Sunday, Luanda Bay hosted a highlight of the E1 Luanda GP 2026 international stage, with American basketball player LeBron James in attendance, who watched the women’s and men’s 3×3 basketball matches up close.
LeBron James stood alongside the Minister of Youth and Sports, Rui Falcão, at an event that also brought together prominent figures from the national basketball scene, political leaders, businesspeople, and representatives of civil society, according to an official source cited by Jornal de Angola Online.
The event provided an opportunity for athletes, officials, and sports figures to mingle, serving as a preview of the highly anticipated E1 international stage, which will take place in Luanda.
